How It Works Web Conferencing products consist of a server with a capacity for a certain number of seats. Seats are able to be occupied by anyone in affiliated with a company in any location.

Costs Placeware Inc has a 10 seat server available at $400 including phone costs for a year. – A 100-seat server is available at $40,000 WebEx offers a pay-per-meeting option. It is $0.45 per user for web conferencing only. To include call-in teleconferencing add $0.10 per minute per user.
