2 Education/Outreach Workgroup Purpose To develop educational programs to aid providers & payers in the eBill implementation To collect and disseminate information related to implementation issues and resolutions up-stream and down-stream To promote SeBIN activities

3 How do we do it? We need to form three sub-workgroups: Web & content Implementation Support Awareness & Marketing

4 Web & Content Sub-Workgroup The purpose for this sub-workgroup is to build, catalog, and maintain content and related tracking policies by focusing on the following areas: Tracking policy & coordination with other SeBIN education committees Maintaining SeBIN website and all content Develop white papers, business cases, and other collaterals to aid stakeholders with the implementation

5 Web & Content Sub-Workgroup Continued Website development – Already in progress Logo development -- Completed Next Immediate Step: To designate resources for ongoing growth and development of the sub- workgroup…Any Volunteers

6 Implementation Support Sub-workgroup The purpose of this sub-workgroup is to provide necessary education to payers and providers by focusing on the following areas: Implementation support through webinars, audio-casts, and other effective milieus to address implementation issues Creation of Frequently Asked Questions Tracking policy and coordination with other SeBIN workgroups Next immediate step? To designate resources

7 Awareness & Marketing Sub-workgroup The purpose of this sub-workgroup is to create visibility market-wide for all activities related to eBill implementation issues by focusing on the following areas: Create payer & provider outreach programs Create outreach programs to touch associations and organizations that have access to contact information Message development Venue selection for various outreach activities; e-mail, conference calls, web-cast, discussion threads

8 Awareness & Marketing Sub-workgroup Press contacts Powerpoint slides, newsletters, and others Conference presentations and/or materials Broadcast e-mails Track policy and coordinate with other SeBIN workgroups Next immediate step? To designate resources
