2 Crohn's commonly strikes the small intestine (called the ileum) or parts of the large intestine (the colon), but symptoms can appear anywhere with in the gastrointestinal system from the mouth to the anus. Treatment usually centers on drugs. Drugs can include steroids,antibiotics

3 WHAT CAUSES IT? There are many theories about what causes crohn’s disease. None of them have been proven. Doing so can help one better understand the symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of Crohn's disease. It doesn’t go away you can just try to keep treating it.
