4 Intentionality: decisions, learning and accountability Midterm-review of Strategic Plan Post-2015 development framework Beijing +20 discussions Process : Evaluation Office, other UN entities, Senior Management, Global Evaluation Committee, and approved by the USG/Executive Director Flexible and responsive Update of the Plan in 2016 Intentionality and process
