Importance of the Data and Reporting Must have Accurate Data for Federal and State Reporting –Use Student-Level Data More Accurate Data = Easier Reporting –Apply Data Quality Control Procedures –Use Auditing Processes

Accountability Services Apply Business Rules –Masking Rules ( 95) –Calculating Proficiency Targets (140 day rule) –Calculating Participation Targets (95%) –At least 30 students are needed for subgroup reporting

Accommodations LEP, 504 and Transitory accommodations are collected with Third parties systems like PCG, ESL Enovation's and PowerSchool entry screens. Cecas manages all EC accommodations regardless of third party. EC Third party information is transferred to CECAS

Accommodations Upload ACCOM_DATA_###. TXT third-party file to secure shell. LEAs who track non-IEP accommodations (i.e. LEP, S504, TID plan types) in systems other than CECAS and PowerSchool must submit an ACCOM_DATA_###.TXT file monthly to testing coordinator. Accountability IT system merges them into a master file.

Accommodations A new ACCOM###.TXT file and 2015-CUR- ACCOM report will be generated automatically to reflect any changes or updates received from PowerSchool, CECAS, and non-IEP third-party files. PowerSchool and CECAS is received daily, however, third-party IEP data received from CECAS may only be updated according to a weekly schedule.

Accommodations Master EC files from Cecas are provided to the online testing system to assist with providing the appropriate accommodation for the individual student. The third party LEP, 504 and transitory plans are also provided to the online testing system.

Entering Test Scores and Reason Codes See new Document Notice on test dropdown that Reading is retired and replaced with Language Arts. Not sure if scores were moved to new title. Accountability continues to load test scores.

Other issues SAT is not loaded by Accountability and entered locally State provided ACT is loaded by Accountability Work Keys is not loaded AP is entered locally only LEA Testing Coordinators use Accountability data system for historical reports. EDS and FREE Reduced Lunch (secure)
