The Sequence of the each Particular Job is also important Did the operator did the black job before the pastel one ? Was the Colour Sequence logical ? Same as you decided in the “Planning Sheet” Very important

Wrong information can’t be saved, Example : it will give you an alert when entered Quantity Exceed from previous stage

Add any remarks ?? Example : you were using a 2 color machine for a 4 color job >>> So, you did 2 passes, This is the colm to enter such information

Put reason for Down time if Production is less then the desired given time and Quantity Down time Reporting ? Why you lost time ? Was the material not there ? Machine breakdown ? Power failure ? Plate problem ? Blanket Problem ? ….. Or waiting for decision ….. ?
