Paperwork to complete tonight Booster Club Membership $10 Decals, Yard Signs, Shirts, Blankets Order Due on Feb 3 All required physical forms* UIL Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form* Emergency Contact Form* * if not completed by 1 st day of practice, the athlete will not be able to practice and will be removed from the roster

Practice Starts January 21 st Distance Runners (800m and up) 6:30am Everyone else 4:25pm Practices will last for about 1-1 ½ hours Saturday Practice Distance at 8am Everyone else 9am Every Practice is mandatory including athletes that are injured.

What do I need for the Track Meets? Uniform Warm ups & Sweats Shoes & Competition Shoes Water bottle Back pack (with your name on it) Alternate Travel form turned in before athlete goes to the competition

Parents What we need from you for Track & Field? Join the Booster Club only $10 Get involved on a committee Get your athlete to practice and meets EARLY Pick up your athlete after practice or after a meet in a timely manner Support the team and athletes in a POSITIVE way Treat Track with the same enthusiasm as Football

Trainers Any injury needs to told to the coaches and with the trainers Rehab is in the morning before school Any athlete unable to participate in practice will still have to be at practice Any time you see a doctor for any reason, the training staff needs a note from the doctor releasing you to participate

Bullying/Hazing No Bullying or Hazing will be allowed on this team. If either occur can and will lead to immediate removal from the team. It is how the person is receiving the information, not how you think you are presenting it. RRISD Zero Tolerance
