How is this class organized? 1.We come into the gym and our teacher takes attendance. 2.After he/she finishes taking attendance, the boys and girls go to their respective locker rooms and change into their gym clothes. (shorts and a T- shirt, if it is cold, we bring sweatpants and a sweatshirt) 3. After we finish changing, we go back into the gym and stretch. At this time we also work on conditioning exercises like crunches and push- ups. 4. Then, we split up into our sports or activities that we are doing for the day. Sometimes we have a choice, but others, due to uneven or small numbers, we only have one option or sport. 1.We come into the gym and our teacher takes attendance. 2.After he/she finishes taking attendance, the boys and girls go to their respective locker rooms and change into their gym clothes.
