Page 1 CDS Log print transaction report on CDS transmission with a fax cover for submitting to WebSAMS Helpdesk for troubleshooting purpose. There will only be a CDS Log for a particular day when transmission has been triggered at least once on that day.

Page 2 Search CDS Log 1. Click on [CDS]. 2. Click on [CDS Log].

Page 3 Search CDS Log 3. Input the search criteria. 4. Click on [Search] button to start searching.

Page 4 1. Enter school’s information: Contact Person Fax Number Phone Number Print CDS Log with Fax Cover

Page 5 Print CDS Log with Fax Cover 3. Click on “Preview & Print” button. 2. Select the log(s) by clicking in the [Check Box(es)] on the left.

Page 6 View CDS Log 4. Fax Cover will appear in a pop up window. 5. Right Click on the pop up window to print the Fax Cover. Print CDS Log with Fax Cover

Page 7 1. Click on hyperlink under Log file to download a log file. Download CDS Log

Page 8 2. Click on [Save] to download the selected log file. 3. Choose a location to store the log file. Download CDS Log

Page 9 Delete CDS Log 1. Click in the [check box(es)] on the left of the log(s) to select the log file(s) to be deleted.

Page 10 Delete CDS Log 2. Click on [Delete] button to delete the log file(s).
