Once you know where you are going for regional's it is important to look for a hotel right away. The earlier you find a hotel the lower the price will be. You have to set standards of what you want in your hotel and decide on a price range. For example: indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, proximity to event center, access to outside from rooms, adjoined rooms, etc.

There are many websites that will help you find a hotel that fits your requirements. It’s up to you to find one that works best for you. Write down the name, address, and phone number of the hotels as you find them. Call each hotel and they will offer to contact you back with a quote. Once you have the prices then determine which is the best value for your team and book it! It is important to make a decision promptly to lock in the price.
