2. Set Up MLA Format First See page 26 of your writing handbook for step by step instructions in formatting MLA

3. After MLA is set up On the first line of your paper, where you would usually begin your intro, you type the word thesis followed by a colon (:) Thesis: Then, type your full thesis paying attention to grammar and spelling.
