Verification of Shipments: Approval, Marking for transport – RSC + involved institutions (Border police, Customs, State police, Latvian Maritime Administration, Civil Aviation Agency, State Railway Technical Inspectorate). c. Compliance for carriers – RSC. d. Notification: How do you know if an incident has occurred? From carrier or police.
