2 Navigate to PDEC Web site. Then click on Workload and Impacts.

3 Log in with your UFID number and click the Workload button. Note the deadline and read the information on this page. Review the Frequently Asked Questions before getting started.

4 Check your information for accuracy, make changes if necessary, then click Continue button.

5 Read the introduction before getting started then scroll down to begin.

6 Hover over the blue terms to see definitions.

7 Enter data for entire year or year to date then scroll down to next section.

8 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to save your work.

9 You will be taken to the top of the page. Note the green Saved! banner. If you made an error, a different color banner and message will appear. Click Home to exit and return to the login page. Beginning in 2009, use this Calendar Year drop-down box to see prior year data that you entered.

10 Next time you log on you will see the date (mm-dd format) you last entered data. Each year you will start fresh and enter new data.
