Technicalities 1.List of all schools in the target areas 2.Randomise in to Treatment and Control schools 3.Conduct Baseline survey ; i.Sensitization of schools and communities ii.Obtain list of eligible girls from schools iii.Administer House-hold Surveys to a sample of eligible girls iv.Check if the Randomisation is valid

8. How to compare results See the difference between the outcomes with and without the program Test the counterfactual “effect of the CCT on girls enrolment and attendance” to determine changes in the absence of the programme so that the change can be attributed to the program
