19. Sir William Mitchell Ramsey William Ramsey was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1851 and died in 1939. He was a Scottish archaeologist and New Testament scholar. He was the first Professor of Classical Archaeology at Oxford University.

20. Sir William Mitchell Ramsey William Ramsey was an atheist. He went to Asia Minor to disprove the Book of Acts by doing his archaeological works there. After he did digging and discovering for 25 years, he declared that Luke’s writing in the Book of Acts was accurate. He declared himself that he was now a Christian.
