Introduction Information and Communication Technology (ICT) refers to products that allow usage, manipulation, retrieval, transmittal or storage of information through electronic means ICT tools:  Online applications (Twitter, Flickr, Google Earth, Prezi or FaceBook..etc)  Document processors (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..etc)  Human Computer Interaction (HCI) devices  Personal electronic devices
