Introduction Information and Communication Technology (ICT) refers to products that allow usage, manipulation, retrieval, transmittal or storage of information through electronic means ICT tools: Online applications (Twitter, Flickr, Google Earth, Prezi or FaceBook..etc) Document processors (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..etc) Human Computer Interaction (HCI) devices Personal electronic devices

Teaching methods using ICT tools are underdeveloped Teachers’ awareness and acceptance of ICT tools is limited Students’ reluctance to accept information received in class is high Usage of online untrustworthy material is high

What are the existing ICT tools that have the greatest potential for improving student learning? What are the tools that are the most likely to be accepted and preferred among students and teachers? What are the factors that contribute to teachers’ acceptance of ICT tools? Identify a strategy to encourage greater usage of ICT tools by teachers?
