Nutrition Consultations With a Registered Dietitian (RD)* One 1-Hour Session Member: $40 Non-Member: $45 Three 1-Hour Sessions Member: $110 Non-Member: $125 Combination Consults Three 1-Hour Sessions + Seven 1-Hour Personal Training Sessions Level 1 Personal Trainer Member: $350 Non-Member: $400 † Level 2 Personal Trainer Member: $400 Non-Member: $450 † Single Sessions Single sessions will benefit individuals who seek guidance on a specific nutritional goal. Single sessions may also be used to monitor progress in a nutritional program obtained from three sessions with the dietitian. Three-Session Package: Session One Review health history & nutritional history Discuss the three-day food diary and provide instructions for completion Session Two Review the completed three-day food diary Discuss modifications to current nutritional habits/patterns Complete summary and goal worksheet Session Three Review analysis of the three-day food diary Review and develop plan to meet short-term goals and begin discussion of long-term goals Discuss plans for accountability (e.g., ongoing maintenance sessions with the dietitian) Benefits of Working with a Registered Dietitian: 1. With expert knowledge, a personal trainer can help you improve overall strength, flexibility, endurance, and posture, as well as achieve any personal goals, while providing variety for your workout regimen. 3. Together, the Registered Dietitian and the Personal Trainer will guide you every step of the way toward making healthful nutritional choices, combined with lifestyle modifications, necessary for a lifetime of long-term success. Appointment Cancellation Policy- A 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested. After two violations, a full session will be deducted from the remaining appointments. The policy will not renew with the purchase of additional sessions. *The Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is a legally protected title that can be used only by practitioners who are authorized by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association. While some RDs may call themselves “nutritionists,” please be aware that not all nutritionists are Registered Dietitians. The definition and requirements for the term “nutritionist” vary. Some states, such as Pennsylvania, have licensure laws that define the range of practice for someone using the designation "nutritionist.“ In other states, however, virtually anyone can call him or herself a “nutritionist,” regardless of education or training. † Non-members are required to complete a Health History Questionnaire and obtain a Physician’s Clearance Form (if necessary, based on risk factors) prior to participation in personal training services.
