Maple Trees Most maple trees are grown in the USA. Their height is 20-70 feet. Maple trees uses are wood, fuel, charcoal, ornamental quality, furniture, and sap for maple sugar. The most common pollination comes from the wind, flies, and other insects. Maple trees are bright crimson, and mature trees fade into a deep green.

Sugar Maple Trees The scientific name for the sugar maple is Acer saccharum. Sugar maple is a native of North. Sugar maple grows in abundance throughout South Ontario, Nova Scotia New England, Texas, Georgia, Canada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic States.
