This is our town Naples. It is in Campania region. The main types of tourism in Campania are : -Archaelogical Tourism. -Cultural tourism and museums -Cultural tourism and museums -Religious tourism. -Health tourism. -Tourism cruise. --Nature tourism.

Here is the port of Naples with the Vesuvius. The ancients called this land “Campania felix”, for the natural beauty, a mild climate, the archaelogical ruins, the famous cooking, the monuments among the most visited in the world : Vesuvius, Pompeii, Capri, Ischia, Procida, the Sorrentine and Amalfi peninsulas.

The excavation site of Pompeii, this is the most famous archaelogical site in the world. The eruption of Vesuvius in 79 B.C. buried the city and most of its inhabitans died.

The Royal Palace of Capodimonte, the name comes from the latin “ Caput de Monte “ (top of the mountain), and indicates its position :on a hill. It is surrounded by a big park. Today it is home of the National Museum of Capodimonte.

Ischia with its Aragonese Castle. It is the largest island in the Gulf of Naples, it is called the Green Island. It is famous for its thermal baths. The use of the thermal-mineral waters for therapeutic reason is a very old activity.

The port of Naples. We have presented some of the nicest sites which tourists will want to discover. Our historical and natural heritage is not only our past : It represents our future.

This is our school, Cavalcanti. It is a secondary vocational high school for Tourism, Hotel and Catering,which prepares the students to become chefs,barmen,waiters, front-office workers. The school has two different seats. The building above is the new one and it is located on the outskirts of Naples.

This is our ancient seat. It was founded in 1954 and is located in a lovely villa, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over Naples.
