2. Insert Tab From the Insert Tab, different objects can be inserted into document. Example of objects are: – Picture – Clip Art – Table – Shapes – Text box – Files from other applications – Symbols – Page Break and many more

3. Clip Art To insert Clip Art: – Click on the Insert Tab, from the ribbon, select Clip Art.

4. Clip Art – Clip Art dialogue box will appear like below – Type the photograph you want in the Search box – Click Go button – Either click on the photograph you want or the Scroll Bar on the photograph you want to select For example type Roses in the Search for box and click Go button
