Volunteers visit facilities that house abused children along with therapy dogs They allow children to play with the therapy dogs and this improves their self-esteem

You can volunteer if you have a dog that can get along with children You will need to attend a session at Gabriel’s Angels, a non-profit organization that provides pet therapy

Gabriel’s Angels is named after Gabriel, a Weinmarner who started giving therapy to abused children in 2000 He passed away in May 2010 after changing the lives of hundreds of children in the Valley
