Needs of FMCSA Meet FMCSA’s goal of reducing the fatality rate in large truck crashes by 41%. Provide enforcement officials and others the tools to monitor carrier safety performance.

What is A&I A web-based system that provides useful motor carrier safety information over the internet. An improved way to communicate and interact with FMCSA employees, industry, motor carrier associations, shippers, insurers, other government agencies, and the American People. A system designed to promote motor carrier self-improvement. Developed and maintained with the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center.

Crash Profiles Online Tools to evaluate State and National crash statistics that involve large trucks. Developed to extend annual “National Crash Profiles” publication to a State level. Currently 1997-2001 data are available. 508 Compliant
