4. U-Explore All students in the PRT program are required to complete one (1) U-Explore class. These are outdoor based classes ranging from things such as Camping Cooking, Pistol Marksmanship, all the way to backpacking and fly fishing. The beside picture is from a U- Explore backpacking class.

Hospitality Management Emphasis Course work in the Hospitality Management Emphasis includes: Front Office Operations Hospitality Accounting Hospitality Law Managing Food and Beverage Hospitality Marketing The Hospitality Management emphasis studies will prepare you for a wide array of jobs within the hospitality field. Elective course range over all hotel outlets including Hospitality Law, all the way to multiple Food and Beverage Courses.

8. Internship Experience During your time as a PRT student you will be required to complete two (2) internships. The first is part time The second is a full-time position 12 credit hours) The internship process allows for students to get real, on the job training before entering the field (while earning school credit) Your will get the most out of your internship by putting the most into it.
