Rome May 18-20 Lodging in 2 star hotel Travel by bus and metro Restaurant dinners Sightseeing may include: Roman Forum St Peter’s Cathedral and Vatican Museums Campo dei Fiori open market

Italy Farm Stay, Sora May 20-June 3 Family owned and run organic farm/B&B: agroturismo Lodging in guest houses or main house Home cooked meals served on terrace Classes conducted on premises Located 2 miles outside of Sora Frosinone, Lazio region

Farm Activities Making pasta and sauces Truffle hunting Gathering vegetables Cheese-making shepherd Demonstrations on farming techniques, cooking, raising farm animals Discovery of orchard and vegetable gardens

Excursions Winery and vineyards Cheese factory D. H. Lawrence house Hiking in Abruzzi National Park Local market in Sora Exploring castle ruins Pompeii Naples Dining out in local restaurants

Application process Applications will be accepted through International Education website through November 22 Selected applicants interviewed December 4-6 Applicants notified of status December 13 Student Commitment date: January 17 Payment schedule: Jan 17: $800 Feb 14: $1500 Mar 14: $1500
