(e.g. IBM lenovo laptop with Intel duo core 2GB RAM, running Windows XP version 2002 SP2) [Start->control panel->system->General] or – If applicable, the problematic application name & version. (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint 2007) – A brief description on what you problem is. E.g. my laptop repeatly crashed when trying to boot up, the error message is like this. The laptop cannot boot up now. E.g Can not insert a picture file into my Powerpoint slide I cannot connect to the Parkmont wireless network from my laptop. It has never work for me on this laptop. – If you wish we call you, what’s the phone number and best time to call – If you wish to setup a 1:1 meeting to fix the issue, best time to meet. (weekend is OK).
