Management is the art of leading The manager is the person whose efficiency can be evaluated not especially by the results of their decisions but by the effects of the actions and decisions their subordinates adopt.
3
If traditionally the manager’s position was taken exclusively by men, at present this situation has change The woman, whose rights were repressed in different ways, has succeeded to become a successful manager in all domains
4
Here are some pros: 1.Females have the capacity to inspire and motivate by encouraging authenticity, to create a necessary harmony between logics and intuition, thought and feeling.
5
2.They are discreet, less vocal and prefer “do” to “say”.
6
3.They are more cooperative, less aggressive and domineering, an attitude which involves positive aspects concerning the other team members’ involvement; at times they can be a braking factor in the fast accession to the top.
7
4.Women are more open to immediately implementing the suggestions they have received, they are modest - they do more and they promote themselves less.
8
5.Their motto is “I work in order to live”, encouraging both hard work and pleasure in relaxation.
9
6.They have strong moral values, they have a set of strong principles, they tend to judge in terms of “right” or “wrong”, they value loyalty, ethics in business and common sense. Balance between family life and career is more important for them and they tend to be conservative.
10
7.Differences between the male and the female leadership styles start from the way they perceive themselves as leaders: men say “I” while women more timidly assume their status by saying “we”.
11
Having in view all these attributes and tasks, the feminine manager should be proud and unprejudiced. Only thus can she become a real “femme d’entreprise”.
12
In our country there are really successful feminine managers who harmoniously combine career and family life: Georgiana Pogonaru manager of Romcolor 2000, the first manufacturer of plastic in Romania.

Camelia Sucu, manager of Mobexpert, the first furniture manufacturer in the country;
