This kind of art is usually done outdoors. This is done also usually with primary colors and short brushstrokes which shows the appearance of reflecting light. This sort of art is used with bright, bold colors and the pictures do not have many details.

Frits Thaulow was born in 1847 and passed away in 1906. Frits Thaulow first wanted to be a marine painter, he had studied in Copenhagen at the art academy, from (1870-1873). He went to Denmark to paint with a group of Scandinavians in the autumn of (1879). Frits Thaulow started to use oil and pastel to make his pictures more “poetic and symbolic.” In 1907 in Paris frits auctioned his contents of his studio.

I really like the picture above because of the reflection and the water looks very realistic. This picture above is pretty because of of the colors, it also has a lot of reflection which makes it look nice. (1887)

Claude Monet was born on November 14 th in Paris. At the age of 5 Claude Monet moved to Le Havre. In 1857 Claude’s Mom died. Two years after his Mother’s death, Claude entered Swiss Academy. In 1867 Claude Monet became a Dad of Jean Monet. Monet tries to commit suicide 1 year after has son is born. In 1878 his second son was born. Monet discovers his eye site is not great in 1907. Claude Monet suffers of lung cancer, and dies on December 5 th in 1926.

I really like this picture above, this is oil painting by Claude Monet. It has nice colors and I like the way he did the sky, with the stars and the moon. This picture of impressionism is nice, because of the sky background and the green grass.

This is one of Claude Monet’s well known pictures. I find it really nice the way he did the bridge and all the nature around. This picture, by Claude Monet is really pretty. I like this picture because of the color and also the nature.
