11 Sharing Resources All resources that will be working on projects should be added as an Enterprise Resource in Project Server. Resources should belong to an organization in the Org Structure. Project Managers will select resources from the Enterprise Resource Pool, assign them to tasks and publish the project plan.

13 Assign Resources to Task Double click on the task and the Task Information window will appear, select the Resources tab. Under Tools, Assign Resources (ALT+F10) Click on the resource cell for that task and select resource.
