3 RESEARCH OBJECTIVES to describe the current trends in employer decision making of finding employee to investigate the main factor that contributes to the problem of graduate unemployment to provide suggestion and recommendation for the graduate student to enhance their communication skill

8 SCOPE OF STUDY The students, lecturers, staffs, and also employers in the area of Kuantan.  among 1 st to the final year students.  questionnaires,interviews, and observations.

9 SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY  To get job.  To help he responsible to discover the important of communication skills to the workforce in Malaysia.  This information can then be publicised and further studies can be conducted in the near future

11  Soft skills  It refers to personality traits, personal habits, and interpersonal skills that characterize a person's relationships with other people.  The examples of soft skills are: Communication skills Critical and structured thinking Problem solving skills Creativity Teamwork capability

12  Communication skills  ability an individual show in their ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues,, and supervisors in professional manner and in the personal department.
