CLIOH cultural digital library indexing our heritage The framework for evaluating CLIOH involves an examination of the projects mission. This evaluation plan measures (1) how the resources are allocated and (2) how the output activities and services are of benefit to the audience served. It also provides feedback on program quality through measurable outcomes. Evaluation of Project CLIOH will involve both short and long term objectives. Measurement will be in terms of (1) Inputs, (2) Activities and Services and (3) Outputs.CLIOH evaluations will be conducted by New Media Associate Professor Anthony Faiola Evaluation
