Finally SBCC Partnership –Dual enrollment courses (20 sections avg. per year) Culinary Arts, Personal Development, US History, Political Science, Anthropology, Linguistics, Career Choices, Construction Technology, Multimedia Arts.

Progress New Master Schedule (7 periods) –50 minute period (6 classes and 1 Extended Learning) –Extended Learning students assigned to a teacher they have had during the day. 20 students average per EL class. –Drop in D/F among all students.

Freshman Seminar One semester course – dual enrollment (3 units). Graduation Requirement. –If you fail or transfer into CHS you are enrolled. Career Technical Education (CTE) emphasis. –CTE Field Trip to SBCC once a year. –CTE guest speakers. Academy of the Healing Arts (every Tuesday)

Culture Focus 58% of our graduating seniors have taken an AP class. By senior year all students take at least two dual enrollment courses. All dual enrollment/AP courses are opened to any student. 48% of our students are meeting UC a-g requirements.
