HOW YOUTH EXCHANGE OPERATES District Chairpersons work with their counterparts around the world to organize all aspects of exchanges Club committees find and screen students and host families for participation in the program RI works with districts on certification issues

ROTARACT CLUB OF SRI RAHM COLLEGE OF COMMERCE, PANCHSHILA PARK Rotaract Outstanding Project Award Recipient Project Azmat empowers women to build a better future for themselves — a life of “dignity.” Rotaractors, working with community partners, liberated a community of women from unsanitary and low-paying work, provided literacy and financial management training to help them create a sustainable business selling soap and detergent. This project shows how a single service project can improve sanitation, build communities, and support basic education and literacy.
