WARFIGHTER FOCUSED, GLOBALLY RESPONSIVE SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP 3 WARFIGHTER SUPPORT ENHANCEMENT STEWARDSHIP EXCELLENCE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT WARFIGHTER-FOCUSED, GLOBALLY RESPONSIVE, FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP 3 DLA Disposition Services’ proposed process –Receiver identifies a discrepancy –Preliminary receipt processed –SDR created in Distribution Standard System (DSS) will include bar code and SDR control number –DLMS 842 transaction sent to WEBSDR and Generator’s DoDAAC through DLA Transaction Services Supply Discrepancy Report Process Overview

WARFIGHTER FOCUSED, GLOBALLY RESPONSIVE SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP 4 WARFIGHTER SUPPORT ENHANCEMENT STEWARDSHIP EXCELLENCE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT WARFIGHTER-FOCUSED, GLOBALLY RESPONSIVE, FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP 4 DLMS non-compliant systems will receive email or phone call notification Response posted in DSS and receipt is processed If transaction rejects in DSS, a response will be posted as an SDR reject Customer will be notified of the reject and must pick up discrepant materiel within 30 days of notification Supply Discrepancy Report Process Overview
