2. Mid-Semester Modules Required for all MBA students each spring (except joint degree students beyond their first year). Modules are Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading basis. If you do not pass, you can not graduate. You may not repeat a mid-semester module during your program. International Modules satisfy one global requirement. Travel Modules are designed for 25 – 28 students. Atlanta-based Modules enrollment will capped at 66 students. Most will be about 30 students. Modules with fewer than 15 students may be canceled.

3. Financial Information Students may apply for additional financial aid loans to cover the cost of the trip. The trip budget will include the module expenses and additional funds for meals, travel, etc. The list of students traveling will be submitted to financial aid. You must contact your financial aid counselor to request a budget adjustment. 4. Registration Process Complete Survey on Qualtrics during assigned time. Entering the following information: First and Last Name as it appears in FirstClass, ID number and MBA program Rank the Modules in order of your preference You must rank at least 3 modules In cases where a tie-breaker is needed, random numbers will be used For Travel Modules, you indicate if you have a partner who would like to travel

5. Registration Dates Calendar of events (this is interwoven with GALA selection and spring pre-registration) Sept 30 - Information Sessions Oct 1 - Post presentations/module information to MBA11 and MBA12 conferences Oct 26, 6pm to Oct 27, 8am - Registration via Qualtrics Survey Link for MBA11s and Joint Degree students in their first year register Oct 27, 10am – MBA11s enrollment posted Oct 28, 2:30pm – Oct 29, 8am - MBA12s register October 29, 5pm – MBA12s enrollment posted. Travelers may apply for additional financial aid.

6. Registration continued Oct 31, 8am - Nov 1, 8am - Joint Degree students beyond first year and partners register Nov 2 - 7 – Drop/Add period by email. After this date, travel modules have non-refundable fees.
