2 Role of those trained at the National Training Programme Minimum Functions Trainers who will undertake State Level TOT programmes for 1 to 2 persons per block (depending on size of the blocks) Part of the core team at the state level to support the State Nodal Officer and the MGNREGS / SRLM leadership at the state level on rolling out IPPE – II Other Possible Functions Handholding at Block Level Training Programmes Handholding support during actual planning Support in the Monitoring of Training, Planning, and Implementation

3 Role as Trainers Constitution of the Trainers’ Teams MGNREGS Person SRLM Person (or equivalent) CSO Person (From among current trainees) In case of non-availability contact MoRD / Pradan for allocating trained CSO person Anchoring Translation and Adaptation of Training Material Facilitating the identification of Trainees for the state level training Training Calendar for State Level Training (Date & Venue) Training Session Allocation at every training session Facilitating Formation of Block Level Trainers’ Teams MGNREGS, SRLM, CSO (Joint / Two-Block Teams if required)

4 Role as members of State level Core Team Participation in Meetings & Processes Briefing meeting with IPPE nodal officer and MGNREGA commissioner after return Participating in meeting between MGNREGA top functionary and SRLM top functionary under RD/PR secretary Participation in Identification of Blocks for SRLM Leadership Participation in Identification of blocks for CFT Leadership Participation in Meeting of all the POs/BDOs of IPPE blocks along with SRLM / CFT Key Person for SRLM/CFT Blocks Facilitation Role Listing of all the resource persons trained last year and finalisation of participants for state level TOT for this year (Key Role – State Nodal Officers). Listing of all BPT Members who took part in IPPE-I (Key Role – Block Charge Officers). Identification of CSOs (Key Role – State Nodal Officers).
