9. MATRIX 1 - Tilting jaws (SX - SLX)
These interchangeable jaws are the best solution for cutting dimple keys with angled cuts as they can be tilted at any angle up to 45°.

10. MATRIX 2 - Semi automatic cutting (S - SX - SLX)
When cutting sidewinder keys you can automatically apply a constant spring loaded pressure to the cutting edge of the key which requires you to only operate the forward and backward movement giving you an easier and more accurate cutting process and at the same time leaving one hand free.

11. MATRIX 3 - Spring loaded tracer point (SX - SLX)
In one simple action the spring loading of the tracer point is activated by releasing the locking nut, allowing the tracer point to be located into the original key before lowering the cutter to the blank, making it easier to duplicate even the most difficult dimple keys.

12. MATRIX 4 - Electromechanical calibration (S - SX - SLX)
Simple and precise calibration of the cutter and tracer by the use of an extremely quick and reliable electromechanical device with indicator lights to signal when the calibration is accurate.

13. MATRIX 5 - Depth adjusting dial (S - SX - SLX)
The tracer point is adjusted by rotating a dial which is calibrated to lower or raise by 0,02 mm on each movement through a ratchet. An indispensable function when you are duplicating worn keys.

14. MATRIX 6 - Self centering chucks (SLX)
Self centering chucks with hand operated locking device to elevate the use of tools, fastening the cutting operations.

15. MATRIX 7 - Guard (S - SX - SLX)
A curved transparent plastic guard is fitted around the cutter to minimise the spread of metal chips when cutting. The guard can be moved around depending on keys being cut (i.e. angle position) and there’s no need to remove it when changing cutters.

16. MATRIX 8 - Light (S - SX - SLX)
The light is built into the body of the machine behind the jaws giving excellent illumination of the working area.
Protection
All moving parts are covered by the machine
body to protect them from dust and metal
chips. Depending on the keys being cut
(angle position) the guard can be moved and
there’s no need to remove it when changing
cutters.

17. MATRIX 9 - Tool compartment (S - SX - SLX)
A hinged compartment built into the body of the machine to keep all the cutters, tracers and small adaptors safe and easily accessible.

Ergonomically designed: handles and levers give comfortable and easy operation with the added feature of a finger rest.
