Overview: The 3C’s Analysis The 3C’s Analysis - The Company - DMG MORI – Turning - GMC GMC 20 / 20 ISM / 25 ISM / 35 ISM / 42ISM GMC20-42 – The GMC product range is the most productive machines we have in the portfolio. These machine target serial parts of over 1 million per month, with 6 spindles and up to 56 axis, perfect for Hydraulic fittings, electrical parts, automotive and pneumatic parts, anything that could demand a cycle time of seconds. GM20, the smallest in the range GMC, it comes with 1 CPU, 21 (31optional) axis. Capacity Ø20 optional (25) x 70mm long GM42 ISM, takes the concept that step further with ISM (Internal spindle motors ) and the ability to machine in C & Y axis milling and turning. All the machines c ome with very high speed change over of part and tools. Overview: The 3C’s Analysis The 3C’s Analysis - The Company - DMG MORI – Turning – Sprint Swiss SPRINT 20/8, 42/8 & 42/10 Linear (swiss type kit) SPRINT 20/8 &42/8 Linear - the short and long version of the Sprint linear are automatic CNC lathes with the perfect combination of speed and flexibility and the added feature of being able to machine longer parts with a sliding headstock. Perfect for the hydraulics, automotive, electronics and medical industries parts up to 42 mm bar. SPRINT 20/8 Linear , is the smallest machine in the DMG Mori product ranges, wi th a bar capacity of 20mm (optional 25mm) and a main and opposing spindle wit h 10,000 rpm with 8 axis to support a vast array of tooling is a very capable unit. Comes with two slide carriages and two spindles as standard, capacity of up to 2 40mm long. Capacity Ø25 x 240mm high. SPRINT 42/8 Linear , is the next machine in the range with Swiss type capabilities and with the longer capacity of Ø42 x 320mm high. This line is ideal for the hydraulics, automotive, electronics and medical industries parts up to 42 mm bar. SPRINT 32 Linear , This machine is a very fast machining solution for many more demanding parts, up to 8 axis with a counter and main spindle both running at 8,000 rpm. With the chilling of the spindles and the linear drive axis accuracies t hat can be achieved are some of the highest in all our turning product range, cu tting envelope 32mm bar capacity by 120mm long. You should also look at this machine when the customer needs to machine billeted parts, such as castings and forgings found in the automotive sector. Comes in three models:- CL1500, Very compact 2 axis lathe perfect for the simple parts where large quan tities are required. Comes in two other versions T (tailstock) and M (Milling) if yo u need to machine longer shafts and milling/drilling work., Capacity Ø420 x 370 mm long. Designed for the production of work pieces made from brass, aluminum, and automatic steel – Hydraulic fittings, connectors, fluid handling, pneumatic parts and the automotive industry. MSL 42/6 & 7, comes with up to 7 CNC axis with 3 cross slides, optional revolve rs and fixed tools are all easily changed, with rear machining also possible in 7 a xis version, this machine is a perfect solution for high volume machining. Overview: The 3C’s Analysis The 3C’s Analysis - The Company - DMG MORI – Turning - CTX Ecoline CTX 310 & 510 ecoline Industries CTX 310 & 510 ecoline -The CTX Eco Series is our top seller in the DMG Mori range of universal turning machines. CTX310 ecoline, the best seller in the product ranges we have, can be found in many shops. With its 12 station turret (6 live in 310), Maximum turning diameter of 200mm and 450mm longitudinal this machine is perfect for most small sho ps and up to the larger companies. The Spindle has a maximum speed of 5000, can handle most every task be it titanium to plastic. Capacity Ø200 x450mm lo ng CTX510, of cause is a much bigger and more powerful machine, with 12 tools in the turret all live. Also suited to Mass production with the addition of automation solutions. CTX alpha 300, is the smallest machine in the CTX range of products, comes with C axis and driven tools as standard and you can add the Y axis as an option. Tur ning diameter of 200mm by 335mm long. 6,000 rpm main spindle and 5,000 rp m for driven tools and VDI 30 with TRIFIX, Capacity Ø200 x 335mm long CTX alpha 500, this machine comes with C axis and driven tools as standard and you can add the Y axis as an option.
