PROPOSED JOINT CONFERENCE Not as large as two separate conferences (estimated attendance 400 - 600+) Two separate but integrated conferences One joint opening session 6 concurrent session (3 each) Joint receptions, breaks, dinner, demo session, poster session & exhibits Finances handled through FISC account, profits split equally between SOS and SOH
