Charlotte INClusion Qualifications to be Certified as a City of Charlotte SBE -Qualifying person(s) must own 51% of the business -Personal net worth less than $750,000 -Headquartered in the Charlotte area -¼ of the SBA Size Standard -In business for at least 1 year Qualifications to Register as a MWBE -Certified with NC HUB -Headquarters must be located in our Charlotte Statistical Area -Complete Affidavit to be registered in our Database -No Size Standard

Plumbing –Locate all underground utilities to insure no damages from excavation work –Repair water service from CMUD meter to building –Install and repair commercial irrigation systems –Install new fixtures –Unclog drains and pipes –Repair sewer lines –Must have camera equipment Electrical –Electrical service sizes range from 100amps to 4000amps. –Voltages include 120/208 and 277/480 –Specialized systems require specific training and certification such as stand-by systems and controls –Service truck related experience and installations start at light commercial level Building Services

Mechanical –Replace/repair condenser cooling coils, blower shaft and bearings, evaporator motor, and compressors –Change condensing units –Clean evaporator and condenser cooling coils and cooling towers –Customer service, must be on job site in 1 – 2 hours max to work on high efficiency boilers, pump valves, etc. General Construction –Wall Construction & Repair –Door Installation & Repair –Concrete and Asphalt Repair –General Contracting –Potential Emergency Work as Needed Building Services
