We also have set up the Health Professions program on Blackboard to utilize the main functions Dr. LaRow has requested, or will need.  We will discuss the following aspects of Blackboard:  System Functionality  Implementation Demonstrations & Tutorials  Blackboard System Testing & Tutorial Testing

Visual Design Technologies Meditrak Detailed Design March 9, 2003 7 Blackboard Demonstration/Tutorials  We will be meeting with Dr. LaRow sporadically over the next month for hands- on demonstrations of the Blackboard Courseware system.  In addition to these meetings, we will be providing detailed tutorials with thorough instructions and screenshots.

Visual Design Technologies Meditrak Detailed Design March 9, 2003 8 Blackboard System Testing  Since we did not develop the system itself, we will be running what is called a “Black Box” test.  This Black Box testing will ensure complete functionality of the system, such as:  Successful Logins  Main features are accessible  Teacher/Student communication is readily available  Groups/Students can be created, modified, and deleted  Any other features requested or needed
