Supplies for 7 th Grade Math A notebook or three-ring binder * Paper * Pencils * Earbuds or headphones * Pens to check work Markers, colored pencils, etc. Items marked with an (*) are the most essential. Students in first period will also need a 3 prong folder or binder to leave in the classroom.

6. REMEMBER: Grades are posted on Infinite Campus. You may check your child’s grades any time. If you do not have a login for your child – talk to Mrs. Melton in the Media Center. or You can send me an e-mail to check on your child’s progress.

7. Grading Each student's academic grade will be determined using the following criteria. Summative (tests and major assignments) 55% of grade Formative (daily grades and quizzes)35% of grade Final Exam 10% of grade.

8. Help is Available! I am available to help students with assignments. I also allow students to redo tests. Please contact me if you would like to take advantage of this. In general, I will be available to stay after school with students on Monday or Wednesday from 3:00 to 3:45. I may also be able to meet with students in the morning.
