1 Barcoding Samples Using Webview2000 to barcode identify your grease and oil samples before shipping to MRG Labs for analysis

2 Prerequisites Submit your equipment list to MRG Labs for upload into Webview2000 Notify MRG Labs who you would like to have access to the data. User names and passwords will be assigned to each individual. Limit 10 people.

3 Printing Sample Labels Log in to Webview2000 From the Home Screen, click on the Log/Route Management Option/Route Information Page.

4 Equipment Filter Settings Set the filter settings to find the equipment needed Can sort by Facility, Unit or System Equipment must be pre-loaded for this feature to work.

5 Viewing Lab Sets Check off the equipment that you wish to assign a barcode – highlighted in the black box Click on Create Lab Set New barcodes are now created

6 Search for New Barcodes From the Lab Set Search Page, click on the “Status” drop down arrow. Select “Initiated”; Hit Search All equipment details and barcode will show on new page

7 Selecting and Printing Barcode In the “Print Bar Code” Column, check off the necessary equipment Click the “Print Barcode” Button

8 Printing Barcode on Printer Place Labels in the printer. We recommend Avery Labels 5163 or Universal Labels 80107 The top left corner of the label sheet is “Position 0” and horizontally next to Position 0 is “Position 1”. You may set the desired location if you have a partial sheet of labels.

9 Final Barcode The final barcode will look like the image below. Peel off the correct barcode from the sheet and affix to the proper sample. Send to the lab for analysis. Data will be available to view on online within 10 business days of receipt of samples.
