Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration 3 Overview  Refresh #25 was published on February 9, 2010  Refresh #25 mass mod* was delayed and will be combined with the Goldstar mass mod initiative due for release by April 20, 2010.  NAICS & PSC codes were reviewed, updated, and deemed relevant to Schedule 70. *If contractors need to add the new SINs before April 20, 2010, then they may notify their contracting officer directly to add the SINs.
