2. What is required? To fully and accurately complete: 1. Career & Life Worksheet, and 2. Community Connections Worksheet, and 3. Personal Health Worksheet

6. Where do I get these worksheets? They are on the Churchill website!

7. Save all your worksheets and attachments to your My Documents in your Churchill account.

8. Save all your work to My Documents using the following format: 123456Career.pdf where 123456 is your student number.

9. Each attachment must be saved in much the same format: A resume attached to the Career and Life worksheet might be saved as: 123456Career1.pdf

10. All work must be completed or scanned and saved to My Documents using the correct formats!

11. But I have already completed the paper versions – do I have to redo everything? No – just go to the Career Centre, log into the system, scan your documents, and save them using the right formats.

12. This file will be copied to each of your system folders for reference. Due Date: May 4 th (Get it done early!)
