Case analysis of Countdown: - comparison of retail stores (market place) and its online version (market space); - benefits for customers (24/7, OneCard, delivery, informing about discounts and promotions by , messaging, online); - benefits for company (attraction and retention of customers via OneCard, development of online business in the strategic perspective). 2. PRACTICAL CONFIRMATION OF THE THEORY
1. Case study: Lexisnexis’ Digital Business Model. The study businesses model of the company showed how the firm upgraded its businesses model (Weill & Woerner, 2013), where: Content - Information about other lawyers, legal research, case law, expert commentary, community sites, integrated public records, news and business information. Experience - Single sign-on, subscription-based; collaboration with peers and customer content; more than 81,000 apps downloaded. Platform - Global platform, customized locally; enterprise business architecture with global content repository, expanded taxonomies, modular design and global and local innovation.
