6.  Well Aware is a free online and telephone information directory of health, wellbeing and community groups, organisations, activities and services  there is a freephone helpline - 0808 808 5252  the Well Aware team will search for information for callers  www.wellaware.org.uk

7.  8 categories – support round the home, home adaptions, mobility, personal health services, socialising, emotional support, learning & working, services for older people, people with disabilities  Calendar of events – for registered users  Information and Resources section – information for people with learning difficulties, mental health needs, low sight, dementia, links to other databases  Text in 14 languages, words only, larger text and sound (browse aloud)  Adding “how to…” guides
