Machine- a device that makes work easier by changing the direction or size of the force.

Work- Force move an object in the direction of the Force Work = Force x Distance

Work input- Work done on a machine.

Mechanical Advantage (M.A.)- number of times a machine multiplies the force input to it.

Screw- an incline plane (straight angled surface) wrapped around a cylinder.

Fulcrum- the fixed point in which a lever pivots around.
