Animal cruelty is often broken down into two main categories: active/commision and passive/omission.
There are many kinds of animals abuse. Passive cruelty is typified by cases of neglect, where the crime is a lack of action rather than the action itself. Active cruelty is when someone hurts an animal on purpose. It can also be used by people to make them do things even sexually by threatening to hurt or kill the animal.

Any one can abuse an animal but the biggest amount of abusers are males and people in their 30’s to 40’s.

There are so many ways of abuse. Even simple things like not taking your dog to get it’s shots or not brushing them can lead to death.

All of these organizations help put animal abusers to justice or care for the dogs that are hurt. It is very important to get involved because you are helping animals who can’t speak for themselves, who can’t care for themselves. These animals are helpless and are looking out for love, care and attention.
