2.  There are parks close to all the houses  Teens can walk to friends house and stores easily  Teens do not have to bother or wait on parent to take them to friends houses because they are not that far apart.

3.  Individual homes, with backyard for privacy.  Some corner stores have homes on top of them  Apartments to minimize space, but accommodate a decent amount of people for the ones who do not mind to live in them.

4.  Here is another way apartment come into play, it is a cheaper solution to housing instead of buying a house.  An individual has a decent space to live in that is affordable  Single parent families also have space for everyone and not go broke providing shelter for everyone.  Low income families can also stay there.

5.  We have a community center close to all the communities  It has a shopping center, parks, post office, town hall, and daycare all right there.  The community was designed around the center to bring everyone to a common location
