1 Attachments are files that you can open with your email for e.g. when you send an email you could attach a link or a picture a word document or a spreadsheet. Attachments are useful because you send large amounts of finished information to someone who needs it.

2 This is the menu for you to locate your emails and it shows you your inbox.

3 This is where you can type the subject of the email. This is where you type your emails. This Is where to type the persons email address who you are sending the email to.

4 This is where you can click to attach a file.

5 When you click this Icon it will let you browse your user area for things you would like to attach.

6 This is where you click to open your file to attach.

7 This is where you click to attach the picture to the email.

8 When you click this button it will make a new folder for your inbox.

9 When you click here you will be able to rename the folder to whatever you want.

10 Here you can do the same sequence repeatedly 4 times and rename the folders to what you want.

11 when this click this button it will allow this email to be one of your priority emails and when you receive the emails it will be at the top of your email inbox.

12 Click here to get onto the options page.

13 This is where you type you auto signature.

14 This is where you would click to save your auto signature.
